If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 10 days from the time you received the merchandise. Be aware that we will not refund any shipping charge. There will be absolutely no refund for custom works and special orders.
Merchandise can be return under the following conditions:
You must call us at 512-589-1716 to receive a return authorization number (RAN) issued by Artisans Jewelry Shoppe to return the merchandise.
It is your responsibility to return the merchandise properly packaged via US Priority Mail Confirmation Delivery and fully insured.
Returned merchandise packages will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
Unless not in stock, all orders are shipped within two days via Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. If you wish to get your order overnight, you may elect to have it shipped UPS overnight. We do not process orders during weekends.
If the item is not in stock, we will contact you over the phone or send you an email to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. If you do not want or cannot wait for the order to be filled, you have 24 hours to let us know that you wish to cancel the order.
