Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 15 days from the time you received the merchandise. Be aware that we will not refund any shipping charges and that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the price you paid for the item purchased. There will be absolutely no refund for custom works and special orders.

Merchandise can be return under the following conditions:

• You must call us at 512-589-1716 to receive a return authorization number (RAN) issued by Artisans Jewelry Shoppe to return the merchandise.

• It is your responsibility to return the merchandise properly packaged via US Priority Mail Confirmation Delivery and fully insured.

• Returned merchandise packages will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

  • No RAN issued by Artisans Jewelry Shoppe written on the package.

  • Merchandise not insured

  • Merchandise improperly packaged

• Upon reception of the package, we will inspect the merchandise to see if it is in an acceptable condition in order to issue you a refund.

• We define as acceptable condition an item which does not show any signs of wear, is not scratched, not deformed, and has not been altered or engraved in any manner.
